Purpose
These terms govern the use of Mise à Sec, a drinking card game published by Tequi (Charles Grimont). By using the app, you accept them.
Access conditions
To play, each player must:
- be an adult of legal drinking age in their country (18 in France);
- take part freely: nobody has to drink, and the alcohol-free mode lets you play with points.
Playing responsibly
- Never drive after drinking, and never let a player who has been drinking drive.
- Respect everyone’s limits: the limit per player puts a player on a water break once they reach the chosen number of sips.
- Do not play with alcohol during pregnancy, a medical treatment or if you have a health problem.
- Drink water between glasses and eat during the evening.
If someone feels unwell, call 112 (European emergency number) or your local emergency number. In France, Alcool Info Service: 0 980 980 930, anonymous call at no extra charge, 7 days a week.
Service provided
Mise à Sec is free, funded by an ad banner, with no account and no in-app purchase. The game works offline; only the banner needs a connection. The publisher may change the app, suspend it or stop distributing it at any time.
Liability
The sips shown by the app are only game suggestions. Each player remains solely responsible for their drinking and their behavior. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for excessive drinking, an accident or any damage related to the use of the app.
Intellectual property
The app and its content are protected by copyright (see the legal notice). You may use it for your personal use, without copying, modifying or redistributing it.
Changes
These terms may change: the version in force is the one shown in the app, and the date below shows its last revision.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, first write to the publisher (support@tequi.app) to seek an amicable solution; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
