Mise à SecThe casino-style drinking card game
A single phone goes from hand to hand: the dealer deals, everyone guesses the next card, and whoever gets it wrong drinks. Five rounds, 2 to 8 players, to liven up your nights with friends.
Free · No account · Alcohol-free mode
How it works
One phone on the table, one dealer, and friends convinced they can guess the next card.
- 1 / 3
Players take their seats
Add 2 to 8 players, pick their emoji and choose the dealer. Quick mode starts a 4-player game without typing any names.
- 2 / 3
Everyone tries their luck
In turn, starting left of the dealer, each player guesses the next card from a real 52-card deck, shuffled and drawn without replacement.
- 3 / 3
Someone drinks
Right answer: the dealer drinks. Wrong answer: it's on the player! On the rematch, the next player becomes the dealer.
The app tells you who to pass the phone to and keeps count of the sips: nobody needs to keep score.
Five rounds
The rounds follow the order you choose, from the easiest to the toughest; every player except the dealer plays once per round.
- 1
Red or Black
Will the next card be red (♥ ♦) or black (♣ ♠)?
- 2
Higher or Lower
Every player keeps their cards: will the next one be higher or lower than their last? Ace is the lowest, King the highest; a tie counts as a miss.
- 3
Inside or Outside
Will the card land between their last two cards, or outside them? Hitting one of them exactly is a miss.
- 4
Which Suit
Hearts, diamonds, clubs or spades: name the exact suit of the next card.
- 5
Which Value
The exact value, from Ace to King: the hardest guess, and the sweetest when it lands.
Double or nothing · After a right answer, try red or black on a new card: win and the dealer drinks double; lose and it's on you.
A casino table in your pocket
Dark felt, golden cards, and a dealer who never loses his smile.

Your game, your rules
Everything is set before the game starts, in “Game options”.
Pick your rounds
Remove a round or change their order: play all five, or just your favourites.
Progressive sips
One sip in round 1, one more each round, if you choose so.
Alcohol-free mode
Points instead of sips, and a dare for the loser: everyone can play.
Limit per player
A number of sips for the whole evening: a player who reaches it takes a water break.
Dealer's help
The odds of each choice and the cards already out, to play with your eyes open.
Quick mode
A 4-player game started in no time, without typing any names.
Resume a game
A call, a flat battery, the app closed: “Resume game” picks up at the round you were at.
Summary to share
At the end of the game, the sips or points summary to share, and the evening totals.
Also: a four-color deck, sounds, vibrations, and a screen that stays on during the game.
Play responsibly
Mise à Sec is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their country. The sips suggested by the game are only suggestions: nobody has to drink.
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health: drink in moderation.

- Never drive after drinking, and never let a player who has been drinking drive.
- Alcohol-free mode replaces sips with points: you can play without drinking.
- Set a limit per player: once it is reached, it's a water break.
- Drink water between glasses, eat, and respect everyone's limits.
If someone feels unwell, call the emergency services (112 in Europe).
Your nights stay on your phone
No account, no server: names, scores and settings stay on your device.
- No account: no name, no email address, no password.
- No data collected by the publisher: no server, no analytics.
- Everything stays on the device: the last game's players, the game in progress, the evening totals (erased after 12 hours) and your settings.
- Shared by you alone: the summary goes through your phone's share sheet, to the app and friends you choose.
The game is free, funded by a Google AdMob banner, never shown while you pick your answer. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, your consent is asked on first launch; the “Manage my ad choices” button, in the app's privacy policy, lets you review it at any time.
